| Do NOT do the timeshare presentation!! |

We have stayed here a number of times and have loved it. This time we did their timeshare presentation after being offered $100. At first we hesitated to sign up because we had done it there about 5 years ago and were treated badly when we didn't buy. We were assured it was a whole new crew and that would never happen. Well, guess what? This time was even worse. After we didn't buy we were left waiting for 15 minutes to be signed out for our "gift". Then our salesperson came back and dropped a Customer Service Rep (CSR) at our table to tell us that we "weren't qualified" for the gift. The salesperson didn't write down my income in addition to my husband's, so it looked like we were just under the income qualification when in fact we are nearly double their income qualification. The CSR then said we obviously qualified, went to explain to their sales manager, and came back and sat with us.
