Roaches in Caribe Royale

This hotel had sub-par service! Our company had a meeting here and they were completely unprepared for it and unable to service people -- no bell boys to help lug bags, skipped lunch one day because we still had no food after an hour and a half wait and then missed the beginning of our meeting today because the room service breakfast came 45 minutes late. When we complained to the manager, he said they hadn't planned for 100 people to order breakfast. Why that would be a surprise when the 1000 rooms or so were sold out, I'm not quite sure. If you don't need to eat, the rooms are OK, but if you're attached to having material sustenance, hope you don't end up here.
