The location was very good, our room was near the motorway so it was very noisy, also air conditioning is even worse for noise. No wardrobe in room, or fridge. The room was very smelly too. 10/10 for location absolutely everything such as pizza hut, mc Donald’s, Tony Roma’s and I would highly recommend red rock canyon. I would also recommend booking yourself on the 8.15 shuttle to the parks as the later ones get very busy and you will end up standing up. Also, buy your park tickets on line because the parks are so expensive we recommend (travel city).Whilst we were leaving the hotel rooms some of them were being refurbished so that’s good news! And take your umbrella because it rains everyday in Florida. x

Great service & staff
BW plaza International dr. Hotel is awesome, as long as u don’t expect too much. (It’s not a fancy over expensive hotel). It has a pool, little spa and a children friendly pool, a little poolside restaurant(very cosy, and great food) and a nice little reception, with good service, and a nice staff ,but it can be very busy during the day, so get in line and be nice and you will get good service. The hotel has also a little shop where you can buy things you need. The amenities of the hotel is nice, the rooms are divided after what you pay ,the cheapest rooms are small, but cosy, and the more expensive rooms are larger, and have more possibilities like cooking, and food storage,..(All rooms have standard furniture and TV, bathroom showers.
All rooms have also Air conditions (use em with care, since you might get a cold if used during the night, so my advice use em only when you are out on the parks.(cool of the room and turn it of when you are back)
P.S. if you are picky, ask for r...Read more

Staffed by thieves
Just returned from a 2 week break at this hotel. First thing you absolutely have to do is make sure you get a room facing the pool. Don’t accept any of the rooms facing the rear of the building as it would be like sleeping 100ft away from the M25.
Good points …
• Location is not bad on I-Drive
• Pool is great
• Rooms are similar to Travelodge and were basically clean and ok.
Bad points …
• STAFFED BY THIEVES – We had $130 worth of perfume stolen by the cleaner. The hotel General Manager was meant to be holding an investigation but never responded to my phone calls and was always out when we called. Talking to some other Brits by the pool we found that we were not the only ones either.
• Reception staff were the only miserable people we came across on the whole holiday – We really got the feeling that we were an inconvenience. I’m not sure that the word abysmal is strong enough.
• One night of the holiday the place was filled with partygoers on a local car rally. The hotel...Read more
