Let me explain, First off i get to the hotel and check in 3pm was told that roon was ready and given the key to go up. I load all my things to take to the room. I family party consisted of 6 people with 2 children. I get to the room it was not clean blood in the bed bathroom very dirty I was passed upset. I went to the front desk and was told it will be another hour before we could get in b/c they had no more rooms available. So we hauled all our things back to the lobby to wait after a hour passed we go back to the room, you won;t believe it the lights don;t work, the bathroom was still dirty and the safe in the room did not work. once again i was pissed. it\'s almost 6pm and we have not had a chance to go anywhere i go talk with management and was told they did not know why universal studios set us up in this hotel b/c they can\'t have more than 5 people in the room and the manager asked us to leave. well that leaves us with no where to go so i called universal and they found us another hotel well in the mean time the manager at amerisuites sd we have to wait outside, well you know florida it was rainy very very hard so my mother with diabetes and 2 kids have to wait outside in the rain until we get a call back from universal. This was the worst experience. I hated the Amerisuites they are very nasty and dirty..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...
