Dont Go - They will rip you off!!

I picked the hotel because it had a good rate. I knew that it wouldnt be a first class hotel; however, i didnt expect the tub to fill up around my ankles within the first minute of the shower and then when it finally drained to leave a smell that penetrated the entire room. Plus, the beds are horrible... they are loud, stiff and they bend in the middle to force you to sleep in a "v". When I informed them we wanted to check out early because of the conditions and only pay the first night of our 4 night stay (the only night we actually stayed) they said their policy is to charge a minimum of 2 days because we didnt give notice. Give notice, we left because of the bad conditions. They should have only charged us for the one day especially since we told them before the first night we would be checking out the next day. Dont go... if they mess up and the room is bad, they still charge you!

Sophisticated and adult oriented The dining and nightlife of Old Naples is sophisticated and adult-oriented, reflecting an older and richer clientele. Younger adults, teenagers, and those on tight budgets might not find it to their liking. I'm older, and like to pretend to be sophisticated, so I liked it. My teenage son wasn't too impressed by Old Naples. He liked the beach and the sun.

Marco Island I can recommend visiting Marco Island, TigerTail Beach - beautiful before sunset. This is a 20 min drive from the hotel. You can have a dinner at Amigos Mexican restaurant at Marco Island afterwards.

get around town Definately see downtown Naples, the beaches, the conservancy....there's alot of beautiful houses too in South Naples by the downtown area. Great for sightseeing on the scooter.
