Hotel lounges and restaurants adequate. Hotel executive floor dirty in extreme. Executive lounge run by Starbucks badly staffed, paper cups and plates left dirty on tables. No clean tables for clients to sit unless dirty utensils removed by clients. Staff had to be asked for bread which was kept in freezer. Complaints ignored by management.
