I grew up in Florida and remember the decline of South Beach and also the revival. Your facility when originally restored, as many of the hotels in South Beach was very nice and comfortable. The service in your hotel is still very good. The problem lies in the upkeep. It seems that many of the older hotels that went through the metamorphous of the revival period are starting to become rundown mildew smelling dwellings of the past, and your hotel has fallen into that category. Although the staff is very helpful and pleasant the comfort of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully this can be corrected.
