| Not Looking for Repeat Business! |
Customer service is non-existent. There were several inconveniences that I was willing to not make an issue of (like trying to get an iron) but the topper of them all had to be the parking situation. When we arrived, we asked if parking was available. We were told to leave the car out front and a valet would park the car. No problem. Until we phoned 15 minutes in advance for the vehicle and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. We decided from that point on to locate our own parking. At check out, I was told that my balance was $36.00 (which the cost of valet parking had not been disclosed up unitl this point). I disputed with the check out clerk who called the manager. I was stern in not accepting this charge. He then threatened to call the police to have me arrested. If you're looking for a hard time on vacation, this is the place! |

| Horrible service |
Horrible service. Wouldn't give us bed covers or an extra blanket. Simply told us, "No." No parking available, unless you are willing to pay $18 per night, or try to find a spot on the street between 6PM-8AM. Not an easy task in Miami Beach. Tiny rooms with tiny beds. Not a great place to stay. The first hotel that has ever charged incidentals to my card before I made them! |
