How do you say 'incompetent' in Spanish?

Stayed at this hotel with my wife and three friends during the week of Art Basel, and have to say this hotel had the worst service I've experienced in the United States. Upon arrival in the morning, we asked the staff for suggestions for a good place to get breakfast in the area - only to discover that the staff had no idea what was in the surrounding neighborhood. We decided to eat at the hotel and were told to pick a table near the pool. After 20 minutes of no one coming to help us as well as unsuccessful efforts to locate a staff member, we finally found an employee who told us that the kitchen was closed. At breakfast the next day, we ordered coffee, OJ, and a sandwich. It took 15 minutes to get a server, 20 minutes to produce the OJ, another 10 minutes for the sandwich, and another five after that for the coffee. There are other examples, but the bottom line is that the staff is clueless and there isn't a lot of value in staying here.
