My wife and I flew into Miami from California. We got to the airport and were told that we needed to wait outside for the Wyndham Shuttle and that it would pick us up within 15 minutes. You don't need to call the hotel , it drives by regardless. After 45 minutes we were finally picked up. The shuttle driver was also picking up people that just wanted to be dropped off in front of the hotel and were not guests. This kinda dissappointed my wife and I since the first time it drove right by us because the driver claimed the bus was full.. that explains it. Once we got to the hotel though things got better. Front desk upgraded us to a non-allergetic room and facing the golf course. The bed was very comfortable. We ordered room service and the food was "good" but not incredible. I wasn't going to pull out a postcard and write a letter home about it. But be careful because they have the tip included in the bill plus they have a part on the bill to write in your tip so......
