Internet service is not free as advertised and the wireless connection we paid for was between "weak" and "unavailable" in our room. The continental breakfast was skimpy and disappointing (we ate elsewhere). The carpets are stained and dirty. The lobby furniture is dirty and worn. The front desk staff is usually limited to one employee per shift and were often unpleasant and unhelpful. The bathroom fixtures in our room were rusty and the shower handle had come loose. The 2004 renovation was clearly done cheaply as the place shows significant wear and tear. The roof-top pool is small and only 4 feet deep at the deepest. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The internet did not work for 24 hours of my 2 day stay. There is no bathroom, no minibar, and no room service. No one here speaks English so good luck getting things fixed. The halls and rooms smell like Mildew. The bed is broken. After a night out I was surprised when the told me at my request that there was a vending machine upstairs so I could get some sugar late at night only to find the machine wasn't plugged in. I would rather die than stay here again.
