| Quality service not met the with the hotel reputation |
|
Pros: 1.The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the business area which met one of my criteria's,
2. The beds and pillows are very comfortable
Cons: The service quality is below my expectation. The receptionists were not friendly at all.
3. The parking ticket is too expensive.
Overall: I would not choose to stay there again. |

| Nicely located for the price |
|
We attended the Miami West Indian Carnival that was held downtown Miami for the first time and we had a great time. The rooms were well kept, decently priced, and quiet. Breakfast was average but we only made it on time one morning. The best thing about the hotel is it's proximity to the Miami Convention Center, American Airlines Arena, and the park downtown where the carnival was held. Also, it was easy to get to the beach on our 'rest' day. I would recommend this hotel when spending a lot of time downtown because of the price. We did NOT spend a lot of time at the pool but one can enjoy lots of sun there. |
