It's not bad... but only if u get a good price
Let's just say that the hotel is extremely photogenic. compared to other hotels, its not a bad deal. overall, i have more negative things to say than positive. if the rooms cost more than $300, then look elsewhere.
Pros: new, private, initimate, all rooms r suites, friendly service, nice manager. Cons: valet takes 10 minutes to get your car (no onsite parking spots), poor sound insulation, tight bedrooms, small & uncomfortable bed, hard pillows, dont expect a real balcony, plasma had no HDTV. the staff is a bit "slow". Things not as advertised on their website:
Bentley costs $200+ to pick you up from the airport
there is NO tub/jacuzzi as advertised (only large shower stall) no biz card printed for you upon arrival
pool is 3 feet deep and 6 feet wide (water is HOT since pool is so small). No laptops for use, no refrigerator at all (there is a mini-bar refrigerator), no frette bath linens or bathrobes, no egyptian cotton sheets/ bed linens.
