Not a good hotel

Our rooms at 6th floor were under the water due to heavy rains. They have to relocate us after water pouring down from the ceiling. Some rooms are so loud that the floors shake with the vibration coming from AC equipment. The pool is dirty. The restaurant is a joke. No food except of nachos and chicken wings. Rooms are old, AC is not working well. People at the reception desk are not friendly AT ALL.. TV is a joke-just a few channels with a very poor quality. We'll never stay there again. Don't make the same mistake.

Friendly staff & exceptionally clean hotel

This hotel is priced right and located right on the beach, which is what we were looking for. It is right by EVERYTHING! The staff is the best I have ever encountered and our room was very clean. The rooms are small, but you don't spend the day just sitting in your room in South Beach, so it was PERFECT!

Not worth the money

The ONLY attraction to this hotel is the cleanliness. No room service as advertised on their own website, wireless web not avail, fire alarm pulled 7am on sat morn, guests freezing in front of hotel for hour and a half with NO hotel employees even acknowledging us. NEVER AGAIN!!
