The price was right! If you want to get away for a cheap price-this is the place to go. However it is too far away from the Miami fun-cab cost to and from hotel and other places is a minimum of $50!!

Place is a wreck

We spent three days at this hotel and would have canceled our reservation if we hadn't already paid through a third party reservation system. Our room was dirty, smelly, worn out and had a broken window with cardboard taped over it. We didn't get the room we reserved. The front desk told us we'd been upgraded to a suite but the room did not have the balcony we reserved or the queen beds only two doubles, the windows had been screwed shut and would not open (unless you tore out the cardboard taped over the broken pane). The walls to our room were so thin we could hear the elevator squealing up and down all night and any time it stopped on our floor we could hear the footsteps and every word said by the guests as they passed our room. The hall outside our door flooded twice during the time we were there and it seeped into our room getting several of our things wet and leaving us wet carpet to walk through. The breakfast was terrible and the front desk staff was not helpful, saying only there is nothing we can do. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was simply dreadful.

Great Service and Staff, Beautiful Grounds

The service at this hotel is spectacular, from the moment I walked in, from the bell-hops to the check-in clerk were extremely helpful. The grounds were absolutely breathtaking, I had an oceanfront room, and to see sunrise was definitely a highlight of my trip. The room-service was splendid. Housekeeping was polite and gave us space and were accomadating to our schedule, something I have not experienced in many other big hotels. All in all it was a most wonderful stay and I am definetly going to return to this hotel in the future!

Worst hotel ever

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've been to at least 100. There is a SECURITY PEN when you first walk in. You need to be buzzed in to get into the lobby, or you are waiting in pretty much a JAIL CELL. This sounds like a joke, but itÂ’s absolutely true. The hotel is dingy and dirty. Some hallways are unlit. The rooms have horrible carpeting and need to be cleaned (or demolished). This is just a disgusting hotel
