Good Location
Hotel has a very good location to Baptist Hospital and the staff is very friendly. I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times and there is always something that doesn't work.
The AC one time, the phone one time, the alarm clock, the hot tub, etc. The maintenance needs to be improved but other than that a nice enough hotel.

Slight improvement needed
Excellent accommodations. Work out room needs more equipment and A/C was not working. Lights on tennis courts not working. Hot tub not working. Tried calling day after I left about valuable item left in room and no one was available to check. Would definitely go back if few things are improved.
