This hotel is not a four star hotel and likely not even a three star hotel. My colleagues and I were in Miami Beach on business and stayed for 4 nights (we looked to move out after the first night but there were no vacancies in the surrounding area).
The continental breakfast is rationed - yes rationed, 1 piece of fruit, 1 cup of coffee, 1 piece of french toast or bagel or waffle. The rooms are small and sparse, mine had an ironing board but no iron, no closet, no clock, no batteries for the TV remote and the beds left much to be desired. The last day I realized that the towels in the bathroom were not being replenished (of course only after I was exiting the shower to drip dry). After the first night, I asked for batteries, a clock, an iron and a wake-up call. All of which I asked for again the next day and the next day. The clock arrived the last day. Added to this, the hotel advertised wireless that I could not access and none of the hotel staff were able to help.
