Great Service and Staff, Beautiful Grounds
The service at this hotel is spectacular, from the moment I walked in, from the bell-hops to the check-in clerk were extremely helpful. The grounds were absolutely breathtaking, I had an oceanfront room, and to see sunrise was definitely a highlight of my trip.
The room-service was splendid. Housekeeping was polite and gave us space and were accomadating to our schedule, something I have not experienced in many other big hotels. All in all it was a most wonderful stay and I am definetly going to return to this hotel in the future!
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've been to at least 100. There is a SECURITY PEN when you first walk in. You need to be buzzed in to get into the lobby, or you are waiting in pretty much a JAIL CELL. This sounds like a joke, but it’s absolutely true. The hotel is dingy and dirty. Some hallways are unlit. The rooms have horrible carpeting and need to be cleaned (or demolished). This is just a disgusting hotel
