gratuity almost always included Most places in Miami beach include the gratuity, so even if you get bad service (which we did), your gratuity is already added in. Also, unlike where we live, they give you a drink price, then add tax, then add a tip. Where we live tax is already included in the price. Drink prices were very expensive.
