Wouldnt stay in this hotel if I were you. Number one, my family and I walked in into the Front Desk Managers office I believe her name was or what she called herself was Roxana or Carolina. I was shocked when I heard one of the personal saying that they have gone to different web sources to add comments of the hotel in order to boost up their overall Rating. THESE PEOPLE I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY WERE DOING THIS, THEY WERE ACTUALLY GOING ONLINE AND WRITING GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT THEMSELVES. Then my sisters and I had a problem with the manager that was so ashamed of even telling us her real name, we found out that her name later was Roxana. What a bad manager, we told her that the room was bad, it had a broken door, and that the balcony window was broken, she could not even attend to our needs, we went downstair because enough was enough. We asked to speak to the manager and the front desk agent was going to get her, wen inside the office, and after around 5 minutes came out and said the manager was in a meeting. We did this little routine for more than 4 times, at last we went inside the office and finally spoke to the manager who was lying and told us her name was Carolina, we later found out it was Roxana. Anyway, apparently she did not know what to do which was getting us more mad. After a while another manager came and he helped us out, he was not even the front desk manager but some other kind of manager and he was able to provide us with what we were paying for. We do forget his name, but this guy was alot better than that fake Hotel Manager Roxana or what ever her name was. SO I WOULD NOT STAY HERE EVER, AFTER WHAT I EXPERIENCED AND THESE PEOPLE BOOSTING UP THEIR REVIEWS, NO WAY.

Worst Accomodations Ever

Beautiful exterior, however the room looked as though it was used as a crayon canvas for pre-schoolers. There was trash all over the floor and previously used face towels in the bathrooms, in addition to there being no towels. After constant calling towels did arrive 8 hours later. Save your money and seek other accomodations. Oh, yeh the parking garage has no signage... you could go in circles for days.

Absolutely Terrible

A family weekend getaway turned into a horror....We reserved a room for three with 1 bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Only towels for 2 people for the entire weekend...the sliding door blinds were broken and we called the front desk who told us they would send someone right up to fix them.....never did.....no linens for the sofa bed so my son could sleep with a little comfort....then to top off the weekend I was charged for phone calls that were not made by my family....every phone call to the Hotel ended up on hold for over ten minutes with no response for 2 1/2 days !!!!! BEWARE !!!
