Hotel is in the terrible state.
Hotel is in the terrible state. Everywhere smell of musty old fabrics, rooms need renovation, service level is not even close to 3 stars... Another advise: When calculating the price, add $20 parking and $7 beach fee per night.

The New Deauville
The Deauville is undergoing renovations and was slightly rough in 2004. We look forward to the NEW Deauville in 2005. The surprising thing about it is that you will read reviews saying there is no place to eat. Walk across the street. Those little Cuban and Italian holes in the wall are EXCELLENT ! The pool and beach are excellent.

i love this hotel!!!!!! the view was great, thebeach was great, accutaly beaughtiful!1!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 the cafe was perfect. i love the waiters/tresses!! the water and beach looked like the tropics! The kids loved the little hotel cat(dont worry hee stayed outside near the cafe)his name is Jose. It was just great! and very family oriented. the pool was just beaughtifil. and the hot tub too. 10 STARS GREAT JOB! I LOVE THE DEAUVILLE BEACH RESORT!
Tiny bugs & sand fleas everywhere in your room. Wrong number phone calls late at night, multiple broken lounges on the beach extremely cold temp in the lobby.
