This was THE worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Wow, where do I begin? Staff was useless at best. Two women at check in, one ignoring everyone while standing there doing nothing except fighting with the girl serving us. Check in took forever. Elevator makes you nervous. Breakfast buffet overpriced and cold. Eggs were runny one morning and dried out the next. Toaster buttons missing so everything is set to "burn". Room was the most disgusting I've ever seen. Never vacuumed, found interesting stuff under the bed. Walls were stained. Big snot hanging on one wall that they wouldn't clean. They forgot to turn the room phone on. Game controllers hooked up but when we called down because it didn't work they said "Oh yeah, those don't work anymore", like it was no big deal. So why not remove them from the room?!? First room, the window was so dirty you couldn't see the view of the water. Second stay a week later our view was of the rooftop air conditioning unit. Rooms were smelly and dirty....... Read more
