    Poorest Service I've Ever Experienced!
    The only good thing I can say is the hotel is decorated beautifully, HOWEVER, it is sorely lacking in personnel that know how to communicate or to even "pretend" they care, the facilities were a mess, there appears to be no concept of what the word "service" means...POOR, POOR MANAGEMENT!!
