We stayed at the Imperials the nights of June 9 and 10, room #225 [Res. Confirmation #K42005]. First, and most important, is the condition of the bedding. A very comfortable mattress was made totally uncomfortable -- and a good night's rest impossible -- by the small, sliding 'pad' between the mattress and the sheet. This item and the sheet were both sliding around each time we moved! A fitted sheet OR a fitted pad would eliminate this problem! Secondly, our room was not serviced between nights -- in fact, we had to call for clean towels! This made for a very disappointing experience. The accommodations would have been excellent EXCEPT for these two important points. |
