We arrived and asked not to be placed by the elevator, and we couldn't have been closer (on an admittedly "slow" weekend); no hairdryer, coffeemaker was missing a carafe (we were told to use a coffee cup as a replacement), and the sad breakfast was expensive. Staff was sweet but young and inexperienced. We checked out and went down the street to the Hilton, which gave us a suite, free cocktail hour, and free breakfast, all for the same price! |
