Inn room was a dump. Rusted sinks, water damaged cabinets, rusted mini-fridge, old furniture. Room was TWO DOORS DOWN FROM SALOON! Two late nights of bar music til early hours! Offered to move to room just as close to saloon! Left 1 night early and refused refund! After leaving, no customer service! Ignored calls or were very rude! Activities close on Sunday and you don't know that when you book! I will never stay at a Westgate resort! Put your $ where it is appreciated!

We were very disappointed! We arrived Sunday afternoon only to find that everything was closed! There was absolutely nothing to do. The marina- closed. The restaurant- closed. The swamp buggies- only Sat and Sun. Golf course- closed. Skeet shooting- closed. Horse back riding- only Sat and Sun. Pool Jacuzzi- broken. Golf carts- $60 a day. Breakfast buffet- closed. The closest place to eat was 25 miles away. Luckily we were given the time share week from a family member and we were able to enjoy the beautiful cabins that they offer because the rest of the property was very run down. The property was flooded due to recent rain, the mosquitos could have carried us away! This is the perfect get away for a couple who could stay in one of the cabins and watch TV and take baths all day. Not for kids at all. We have four children and we spent most of our time on the road because of the lack of things to do. If it were not for Busch Gardens and Sea World this would have been the worst vacation ever. I have read reviews that this place was wonderful, those who think it was wonderful could not have been there during the week. We arrived Sunday planning on staying a week, after Busch Gardens on Monday, Vero beach on Tuesday and Sea World on Wednesday, we were home Wednesday night. Hundreds of dollars later spent on gas, food and theme park tickets we were able to entertain our children.

Old motel, nothing to do, everything (even the restaurant) closed. Good concept though horrible execution. BORING beyond belief. Pool heater broken, golf course in sad condition, much more. Horrible.

I loved it. We went to the rodeo, rode 4-wheelers and swamper it's the best everyone should go.
