| Great place to stay |

Our room was a little far from the action, but we were able to see the Epcot fireworks from our room, which was a plus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Our luggage was delivered to our room within 2 hours, which was a pleasant surprise. Will be staying here again in October 2008. |

| Dingy and Stinky |
|
Despite what popular poles say...I found both roooms we stayed to be humid and stinky. Although the outside grounds were beautifully kept, the rooms were dingy and depressing with ugly colors that didn't coordinate by any stretch of the imagination. The staff at the desks were neither friendly nor rude but extremely indifferent. I think Disney can no longer handle the large crowds they attract. |

After a day at the theme parks with a 2&5 year old, the last thing we wanted was to have to walk a 1/2 mile back to our room. To get coffee in AM, there's that 1/2 mile walk again. The room was way to far from the food court & bus transportation. The kids were exhausted just getting to the park. |

| Family oriented resort! |

I recently stayed here with my daughter. Having never traveled alone or with my child I was a little nervous and the staff gladly accommodated my request for a room in a busier area of the resort even though I had not paid extra for a preferred room. Everyone I spoke to at the hotel was most courteous to my four year old "princess" and myself. The pools were great. We tried two of them. The shopping was also very good. They had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this as a family oriented resort at Disney! We can't wait to go back with our whole family next time. |
