| This place was FINE! |
| After reading a lot of negative about this place I have to admit I was a little worried, but I want to tell you that this place was better than fine!
The room we stayed in was on the 2nd floor, in the 3rd building, facing the parking lot. It had 2 double beds. The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was spotless and cleaned VERY well each day. The coffee maker, microwave, and fridge were spotless and worked well. The room even has a small safe. The shower was very nice.
The security did an excellent job, and were very friendly. We felt very safe at this hotel.
The pool was spotless, and VERY warm - fresh pool towels every day - lots of chairs and lounges by the pool.
We ate the continental breakfast 3 times - toast, jam, butter, small muffins, porriage, brown sugar, a variety of cereals, tea, coffee and juice. What more would anyone want for a free continental breakfast?
Even when we arrived at breakfast at a busy time (9am) we were seated quickly.
We did not eat dinner there, there are so many good restaraunts nearby. Try Cici's pizza for a $4.50 per person pizza, pasta and salad buffet! Very good!
IHOP is close by, as well as Denny's and Sizzler - there are also some 'nicer' restaraunts, Olive Garden, Red Lobster and various 'more expensive' seafood buffets.
ONE HINT - if you want to stay on the parking lot side (because I hear it is quieter than the pool side.. because of traffic) do not request a king size bed. I hear the King size beds are only on the pool side.
The air conditioner worked very well, and you can control the temp you want in the room.
The ONLY small thing I didn't like much was the elevator, it could have been a little newer and cleaner.. but it wasn't that bad!
I would definately stay here again!!!
