We stayed in this hotel the week after thanksgiving so it was the quiet after the storm. It is well located at the western end of the 192 in Kissimmee but there are still plenty of local eateries within a couple of hundred yards of the hotel.
Staff were all excellent from the reception to the maintenance, all could not wait to help. The room was recently refurbished and always kept clean and tidy by the staff. My fridge broke and was replaced within 20 mins a new coffee machine was dispatched within 5 mins of reception being notified. The restaurant smokehouse is a bit pricey for basic fair but it is clean and the staff are excellent (try the sauce that comes with the fish and chips)the Bar is welcoming and the bar staff courteous and willing.
All in all this is the least money I have spent on US hotel and we had a just as good a time as in a hotel with twice the price.

Helpful staff with excellent service
we stayed in this hotel/inn for 10 days and had a great time. the service was excellent with maid service everyday leaving our room looking and smelling clean. the reception staff counln't do enough to help with all our questions. the rooms met our basic needs, tv, coffee maker, fridge and plenty space.their free shuttle service to epcot centre was a god send....when they arrived(not always on time)
i would certainly recommed this place to anyone travelling to kissimmee.
