Nnightmare in Kissimmee

I was travelling alone with my young daughter when we checked in at the Days Inn Eastgate. First of all, I would like to point out that a man stalked us for over 40 minutes, staying in front our room and that nobody did anything about it. It was a terrifying experience! Next, we had no soap, no shampoo, no handtowels, nor washcloths. When I called the front office at 10:30 p.m. ( we had just arrived) they told me to come and get the supplies , even when I told them that a man was standing in front of our door. The man at the reception also said that they had no security... As soon as I returned home, I contacted the 1800# for Days Inn. There I was assured that someone would call me back. ......Needless to say that I am still waiting.
