Roaches, filth, no response, no refund

The house looked great when we first got there, but then the roaches started appearing. Half the lights and fans didn't work, most of the remotes for the TVs didn't work, garbage disposal didn't work, the pool area and pool itself was filthy. We called and there was no response, and no refund when we complained -- just an apology and an offer of a future discount. They said they needed 48 hours to respond --not very appropriate for a 72 hour rental period.
