We spent one week there on this vacation package that my wife bought. The first two days everything was going ok. But then we started observing our surroundings. It dawned on me when I went to breakfast 6 minutes late one morning. (continental). All was left out there by the time I got there was cornflakes and milk. as fast as I could I was getting some food for me and my wife when the person who was packing up said in a most dissatisfying tone and weird accent, if you are gonna get milk hurry up cause I am packing up. If I wasn't so hungry I would have left it alone. Pretty soon there was this other dude later than me but he was obligated to the whole thing. Muffins toast, butter and mark you all these things were already packed away. But I guess there might have been a difference in the colour of our skins and the tips that we gave. We went out that same day because my uncle took us out. By the time we got back the room was not much better than we left it. Not even the bed was prepared for us. The pillows looked like they stayed from about a mile and threw them on the bed. The carpet was not vacuumed. It gets worst. We were cold one night and so we decided to turn on the heater.............big mistake. The smell almost killed us and then the vibration of the heater caused some corrosion from the same heater to be dropping on the carpet. Besides them forcing us to go on a time share presentation, we got some discounted tickets to universal studios; well we actually got a receipt to take there. We placed that in our room and what do you know......it disappeared after house keeping. It was in another bag with other receipts but it disappeared leaving the others. to top it all off I had a stomach ache so I had to hurry to bathroom to relieve myself but when I reached in the room, opened the bathroom door I couldn't because there was water dripping from my roof onto the floor (god knows where it was coming from). We were just relocated. No apologies no compensation, I felt little or no hospitality. I would never go back there unless they can assure me that their hospitality has improved. Signed...
