This hotel is now called America's Best Value Inn. It has 450 rooms but only 3 were occupied. It was like the Twighlight Zone and we felt very insecure. The door did not lock properly, without using some force. There was no security chain. All the rooms smell musty and we had to move late at night after a lizard crawled accross the bed. It seemed to have gained entry through a hole in the wall behind the bed. The bathroom was dirty, with stained bathtub and dripping taps. The toilet sometimes did not flush properly.

For the first three days, our room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. The front desk staff varied in friendliness and competence. There was no point in calling them on the phone - they never answered. Do not stay here until they do some serious renovation and staff training.

Basic with wonderful pool

We have visited the hotel 3 times now and find it excellent value for money. Although this is a basic hotel it had all we needed, the pool is fantastic and so is the attached restaurant. its close to everything and the staff are very friendly well worth the money.

Nothing we expected!

Hotel was nothing we expected. We knew it wouldn't be the best but didn't realize it would be close to the worst place we've ever stayed. First when we were dropped off we thought it was at the wrong hotel because it didn't look at all like the pictures on the internet. The beds were very uncomfortable like sleeping on rocks. The pool wasn't heated, most of chairs by pool had broken straps. Health inspecter came while we were sitting at pool she spent a couple hours trying to get maintenance to fix quality of water in hot tub. No clocks in room asked for one but never recevied one. We were told they are for the seniors. Door to bathroom wouldn't close properly, screws pulled out of woodwork. Had to lift door in order to get it to close. Had to ask for clean towels everyday or we'd just take them off of cleaning person's cart. Message light on phone broken off. When calling front desk phone would ring at least 20 times before we'd either hang up or someone finally answered. Ice machines didn't always work and when you'd buy a soda or drink out of some of the vending machine you wouldn't get the drink you wanted. Most of the people at the front desk weren't very helpful. Didn't seem to know much about anything example they didn't know anything about the bus service that ran in front of hotel. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Pay any resort fees when you arrive When you reach your place of stay then pay your resort fees up front,that way you dont have to worry about charges on your card at end of your break.And always hire a car if you can,as taxis are a complete rip off in this area.

Do not Stay at this Hotel!!! Please do not stay at this hotel. As you can see from the pictures in my review, our room was very hazardous.
