If they cannot accommodated you a room through due to "THEIR" error let them find you another room at a close by motel and let them pay the difference of what your room would have cost. Always get names of who you spoke to, no matter how brief the encounter, note time and write down exactly what was discussed because you will never remember the minor IMPORTANT details (unless you have elephants memory).
