This had to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! When I turned on the heat, it smelled as if the room was on fire! I was moved to another room. The coffee pot didn't work, I had forgotten my hairdryer, and there were no courtesy items available at all. And when I ask for the front desk to call me a cab to go downtown, they gave me a phone number to call. Then I discovered the phone didn't work in the room, and had to call and ask again for the front desk to call a cab, and explain that the phone was not working. I would never stay at this hotel again. I hope everyone else who stays here has a better experience then I. Oh, by the way, if you want fresh linings everyday, like bath towels, feel free to fetch them yourself at the front desk, during normal business hours. That's before 10:30 pm, when the front desk closes!
