| This Hampton is the worst! |

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, and I have found that my experience at this Hampton was the worst! We found dirty sheets that had obviously been unchanged. Since there was no one in housekeeping at that time, we had to request clean sheets and change it ourselves (this was at 11:30 pm). I asked the person at the front desk to have the general manager call me in the morning.....she never called. The general manager's name is Jenny Stewart. I called on 3 different occasions to speak with the general manager and I never received a call back from her. After the 4th attempt, I finally received a voice mail message from her. Instead of apologizing for their apparent incompetence and her display of poor management, she insulted me by trying to place the blame on me! Imagine that! It's no wonder that the hotel is so poor since the general manager is obviously lacking in customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone....ever!!! |
