| Horrible room and management staff |

My room had ants throughout due to the air condition unit and window not being completely sealed.
The floors were filthy which I had to scrub myself and asked them to not clean it thereafter as I was takinbg care of the cleaning myself. When I contacted the manager, she did not do anyhing to correct this problem. I also contacted the staff and manager and explained that I had allergies to insect bites and they continued to ignored the problem. I purchased my own sealer from Lowes ad sealed the Air co. unmit and window myself. I also bought a bug spray to prevent them from coming in. The manager also promised me a different room withint the week and never offered it to me. Every morning at 6am, the wake up call would go off without my requesting this, when I called and asked them to turn it off, they never did and it continued to go off each morning.
I also had to pay a $110.00 pet fee for my stay for two guinea pigs that never leave their cages and also had to stay on the firs... Read more |
