Unsurpassed Facilities and Staff
I could not have been more pleased with my stay. The only negative incident while there was an obnoxious guest (a.k.a. jerk)who was abusive to one of the staff. His behavior was that of an abusive husband. He was asked to leave and frankly, he was lucky he got out when he did because several of my friends wanted to "have a word with him." Several of the guests were outspoken about his behavior and your staff handled it very well. Facilities excellent, complimentary breakfast great, extremely courteous and helpful staff. I would have preferred to have dining facilities in the hotel, but there were several establishments nearby.
