I have never in my life stayed at such a filthy hotel. I was given a number to make complaint it was on a receipt I had been given. I was surprised to learn they were not even affiliated with this chain that the number was for. When I would call to the desk phone would ring at least 10 min with no answer. When I finally got a hold of them to request something I was told to come to the desk to get what ever it was. The carpets were grimy under our feet. The bathroom was dirty. Was just a bad experience staying there. We stayed 1 night and then changed our reservation to another place...

We travel towing 30ft of boat and trailer. This motel is set up very well for this type of travel. The motel was just fine and the room was clean and quiet. This is not easy to find in Ft. Lauderdale.

Shabby with Poor Service

The front-desk clerk was on a personal call for 15 minutes before he helped us check-in, there were women of questionable reputation walking the halls, there were men of questionable reputation loitering in the parking lot, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the in-room coffee pot was filthy, no one answered the phone when repeated calls were made for a wake-up call, and the room smelled. Choose another hotel if at all possible.
