Bad service, manager mistreat my family and kids
We spent one night at this hotel. When we arrived I filled out most of the info and paid for our stay. Except for the air having to be fixed we didn't have a problem until the next morning when the manager pretty much yelled at my husband and I in front of our kids and other guests for staying in a room (with two beds) with our 2 boys and our baby girl. He suggested we leave even before checkout! We were appalled and embarrassed by his rudeness and lack of tact and furious at his accusations. At no time had we been told that only 2 people could stay in a room, we are not mind readers! We were very shocked and have never in our lives been treated so rudely. We will never go back! Avoid!
It will soon be my third time staying here and not the last. The staff is simply wonderful. Rooms are spacious and the most comfortable beds with the ocean waves beneath you will make you sleep like a baby. Location is ideal and the price for a beach front hotel is a bargain!
We have stayed here 4 times and love it! The staff is very friendly and the hotel has been remodeled and it is wonderful. We've sent friends and they loved it too. Highly recommend this hotel for friendly and casual atmosphere.
I stayed at the Sea Lord a few times this year, and I look forward to my next stay. I travel alot for business and it is a great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The staff is professional and very polite and the rooms and location must be the best that you can find. The Sea Lord is a great place!!
