After hurricane katerina, we lost power. as so many others. We checked in to the Tamarac Wellesley Inn. On check in , no information was asked for not even on your car only how are u paying. A non-smoking room was asked for (due to allergies). Non-smoking sign was on door, but the room had been smoked in. The bed (a kingsize) was very BAD bed. At check-out, I had to ask for a reciept. On it was no information only my name. Acharge of $52.00. $2.00. For a phone (Broken) ans a unused safe. The reason I am so upset,is because we plan to use this hotel in November for out of town family members to stay in while here for a wedding. I truly hope this can be looked into for we have (30) rooms on whole. I appreciate a reply.
