| What a crap hole |
|
At $240.00 a night for 4 nights, I wasted $900 bucks by staying there. Where are you getting your 4 star review from? Are you rating yourself? Your about 3 1/2 stars too high! I would have been more comfortable with pitching a tent curbside somewhere. Days Inn I believe is a 5 star hotel. Hyatt Regency Pier 66... Your out of your league. Know what the difference is between an outhouse and Hyatte Regency Pier 66 is? The crap hole is smaller and the smell is better.
Pathetic. Just pathetic. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE FOLKS ! |

Problems started AFTER we committed to the reservations, the hotel sent an email stating the pool was closed. They forgot to mention the restaurant was also closed, and they would also try to sneak a 10% price increase. When we arrived the stage was set. The Valet snatched the keys and took off in the car like Mario Andretti. Parking is $15 - $18 depending on if you self-park or not. We had reserved the room via the Hyatt web site at $99/night. When we got there they wanted $110/night. I gave them every opportunity to try to fix the problemS. When we discussed the problem with the manager on duty, we were offered 2 breakfast coupons for what they CLAIM is a $20 breakfast buffe... Read more |
