My wife & our 3 sons had a lovely week at the Birch Patio. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Angela & Tony really made us feel very welcome & at home. It really nice having them on site compared with some of the impersonal chain motels we also stayed at while on holiday. There was a range of guests staying at the same time including families and individuals and everyone I spoke to was also very pleased with the Birch Patio. We walked to the beach nearly every morning for a swim in the sea and swam in the motel swimming pools in the evening. We enjoyed staying there so much that at the end of our holiday we changed our plans and came back to Fort Lauderdale to stay in their other motel nearby, the Napoli Balmar!

Riverfront (Straßenviertelbezeichnung). Mit dem Bus (Linie 11) einfach zu erreichen oder Taxi/Auto. Einfach dem Las Olas Bd Richtung Land folgen. Ist zentral gelegen und schnell zu erreichen. Tolles 3D Kino und Technik Museum!

Birch Patio Motel It is in great location you have a short walk to the beach and also there are shops within walking distance and also when walking out front go towards the right and walk towards south A1A and there is a mall with alot of shops outside cafes I have been coming to fort lauderdale all my life and I'm 50 I love it. Its a great location, Fort Lauderdale Airport is close. There are nice restaurants that are close by

Galleria Mall We never rent a car in Ft. Lauderdale as we enjoy walking. The Galleria mall is within a 25-30 minute walk away and they have some great dining options. P.F. Changs is there and there is a great upscale food court with many high quality foods at really decent prices. We make sure to eat there at least once per trip. The quiche is excellent.
