I recently made reservations with Resort Quest for a 3 bedroom condo at Jade East. I had requested certain bedding and made the vacation specialist aware that we had a floor preference. I felt that by the end of the transaction I was locked in to a specific condo. When I arrived in Destin and checked in I was furious to find that all my specific request had been ignored. When I went back up to the front desk I was informed that no condo is guaranteed, and that I had been moved to accommodate another guest! The condo I received did not even have the right bedding I needed to accommodate my family. I went to the on site office at Jade East run by Newman-Dailey and booked a condo with them that fit my vacation needs and then cancelled my stay with Resort Quest after a battle over if they were going to refund my money! I will never stay with Resort Quest again!!
