Smelled Like Cigarette Smoke
Lobby and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Why do establishments put ashtrays at the front entrance of the building? It does not matter how nice the visit was; the first and last thing I remember about the hotel is the look of the dirty ashtrays and the smell of the cigarette smoke....sorry! The hotel staff was polite and helpful.
