I will never ever stay at a Comfort Inn again

I'm sure you have a wonderful hotel! I was going to stay there for spring break, but when I got there they said they didn't have any of my information in their system so I couldn't stay there, which was weird cuz I made a reservation and had a confirmation number and everything. Anyway, that was fine and they said I would not be charged for it, so I stayed elsewhere. However, I got my charge bill and they charged me for staying at your hotel when they had told me that my info wasn't in their system. So, I called and explained this very nicely to one of the managers. She was the rudest person I've ever spoken to. I think her name was Leigh Ann. She made me sound like an idiot, like it was all my fault that I wasn't in the system. She didn't even try to sound understanding of my situation at all. I was apalled by the customer service. So I'm sure that your hotels are wonderful and I would have loved to stay there, but since I spoke to that extremely rude lady I will never ever stay at a Comfort Inn again and neither will anyone I know.
