Overbooked and Not Professional at all
We had rented a 3-bedroom condo for 5 people at Ventura Boca Raton for 3 nights. On arriving in the morning, we left our luggage, being told that the check-in time was in the afternoon. When we came back, we were told we had been overbooked and that there was no apartment for us (nice surprise, when you have travelled from France!!!) we were put at La Quinta Inn for 3 nights. Since then, I have tried to be reimbursed for the money that was charged in January when I had booked (the whole amount was charged, around 900 dollars) and I am still waiting to hear from the property manager or his company ....
