I agree with Erin, do not believe the photos. I prepared to get dressed for my conference, there was no hot water available, the iron was not broken, and the doors to the closets were hanging off the hinges. On the air conditioner, I noticed a line of ants crawling along the unit. Saturday, as I prepared to go to bed, the linen on the bed was soiled. I requested new linen, changed my bed, only to wake up Sunday morning with a bed full of ants. After attending the conference, I returned to the room to find the same soiled linen that I removed from the bed on Saturday. I requested to speak with a manager, and was informed that the manager would not be available until Monday. I notified the front desk person about the ants in the room and he provided me with another room only to wake up the next day to a water bug. The story goes on and on...

Don't Be Fooled!

Please - Online information about this hotel is misleading. If you stay at the Boca Raton Hotel / Suites - expect nothing like what you see online. It's not "near" the beach. Service is poor. The facilites are not kept clean. Please check online maps and other recent reviews.

One very bad experience!

This is one hotel to add to your avoid list. It is nothing like the photos online. The rooms are dirty, the service is very poor and if you complain to the manager, he will threaten to hall your daughter (8 years old) off in handcuffs. Take my advice, avoid this place.

The hotel was clean and modern. Location was a walk to the beach and near necessity shopping (pharmacy, supermarket). There was a lot of noise during the night from other guests. Managment did take care of it promptly. I would go back.
