Nice rooms, quiet area

The room was fine, the personnel was fine, but the location of the Hotel was further away from the city than we expected. The area is not good for 'walking people' like us - we did not have a car during our stay because we wanted to walk. Many homeless people were walking between the hotel and the city area. For people with cars it's a nice hotel to stay in.

Trash city Don't go there...go on the websites of the various monuments, check the pics and try to be content with that.......this city is terrible, everything that we dislike about USA in the same city. It is really ironic to see all those homeless people just next to the White House. Everything close early, no real shopping or nightlife. A sad sad city. Don't waste your time or money, go to NYC instead
Take Public Transportation If you do not know the city, I suggest that you do not drive yourself. Although the city is beautiful and full of history the driving around can stress you out enough to hate the city!!!
