Insult to injury
The room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom, etc. And, worse, the customer in the next room had the TV on extremely loud until 6 AM and the Front Desk did nothing about this even after I complained twice. Insult to injury, the next morning when I mentioned this the Front Desk clerk offered to comp two phones I had made for the grand total of two dollars and change.
